How to group keywords?

Please answer my question. In general, I collected the keywords "buy bags", "online bag store", etc. I worked as much as possible in the collection of bags. But I didn’t work out, let’s say, men’s bags, women’s bags, more precisely, I didn’t make them at all. The question is that the first core in the first group: Group
1: buy bags, online store bags, order a bag, etc.
And is it possible to create new keywords about men's bags and women's bags. And in the collector, work them out and create them again as a core and place them in the second group. That is, the first group is responsible for buying, the other for gender. Who does not understand the idea specifically sign. Thank you!

1. You need to decide on which particular section you will work, i.e. the phrase "online store of men's bags" you will have in the group "men's bags" or "internet store" is a matter of principle.
2. After you have decided to do clustering, for example, go to botbot.ru/free/kwcluster , drop all key phrases down, and enter either "store" as the selection word (and we will get all phrases with the word store) or "buy" or "male" depending on the clustering method you choose.
