I know it's a belated answer, but it might help someone.
Download ffmpeg https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/ (under Windows)
, unpack the archive, run the command line, go to the bin directory and type the following command.
where:
videoplayback.mp4 and videoplayback.m4a - source files, of course, if they are not in the directory with ffmpeg.exe, then specify the full path
output.mp4 - output file, already with an audio track.
