How to give rights to an automaton created by the windows folder with a fixed name? So is it possible or not?
There are 3 departments at work, all have their own repositories, and these departments do not have access to other departments, but in the end, all departments send their sources to one repository. So, I want to do this ... The project curator creates a folder with the name of the project, and creates three folders there, 1 department, 2 department, 3 department. And these folders are automatically given access rights, only to their folder. How can this be automated, it is unlikely that the curator will want to learn how to grant rights, and may make a mistake by giving incorrect rights ... Or are there other solutions?

On the issue it is clear that with automation strained. Therefore, without automation:
Create a "Project" folder, create three folders in it: "Department 1", "Department 2", "Department 3", assign rights once. Remove the "Project" folder in a safe place, give access only to the curator. It's a template, a frame, call it what you want. A new project starts, the curator copies the entire template to the right place, renames "Project" to "Project Horn-and-Hooves", everything is ready.
