How to give permission to execute a script?

I do everything according to this instruction:
a3d19f60dc9b4ddda8a7e1784ea66f39.PNG

Где www-data -- пользователь, от которого запущен web-сервер.
- I write root
But the rights are still not issued (or they are issued, but the script is still not executed)
That is, if the command that is not executed by the .sh script is stupidly run in the console, then it will work.

You are probably talking about eXecutable.
chmod +x server.sh
