How to give adequate names to elements (shape, image, etc.) in axure?

Can you please tell me how to give the elements (shape, image, etc.) adequate names? And I can't find

When you select an element, the panel on the right has a Name field and a Description field.
Here the Name field is responsible for the meaningful name. But there is one trick - a layout containing Russian names of elements, exported to html, may not work. I didn’t want to work in Windows - I refused to load some files.
