How to give access to two computers on the same local network to a folder?

The topic is hackneyed , but still, I didn’t find anything on general topics that could help = > I turn here only users of these two laptops had access there and no one else, this folder exists and / or is located on the first laptop . I tried the following links and suggestions, but alas, access is only available if I specify "Everyone" in the security policy, but then it is no longer safe: 1) How to set up shared folder No. 1

2) "Help" from Microsoft
MB someone has come across a similar one and there is a hint or hint of what needs to be done, I will be grateful ?!

You create on the PC where the folder of two new users lies. Or even one User001. Give access to this folder to this user as needed (read / write).
On two laptops, when you try to access this folder, a window should pop up asking for a login and password. (If not, then you can start the network drive mapping assistant and specify the connection data there.) If not again, then look at the sharing settings.
