Why does the download speed drop when synchronizing with cloud storage
Perhaps a question out of banal ignorance. Currently downloading several gigabytes of information to google drive, the feeling is about the same as if I were downloading something via torrents at full speed.
The question is simple, why if I upload to the cloud, and not vice versa, is my download speed so cut?
My options: a
smart provider
in parallel cloud compares files, respectively, the file is uploaded and immediately downloaded (but why not compare hashes)

In the TCP protocol, data reception must be acknowledged by response packets. Probably in your case, these packets get stuck in a channel that is full of outgoing traffic and the party transmitting to you is forced to suspend transmission. This situation indicates the absence of QOS settings.
