How to get Windows 10 Action Center back?

So, I downloaded the KMS auto office installer from the left site, after that the antiviruses started swearing (as usual), but still it turned out to be a real virus, since I never downloaded the office, but after clicking "Disable smart screen" - I thought it was necessary for a normal download of the office, my notification center disappeared (the button also disappeared on the taskbar). When I clicked on this disable, Windows clarified something like "Are you sure you want to make these registry changes?", I agreed. And now I think that to disable Smart Screen (Windows Defender) you do not need to make any changes to the restr, what a nonsense. There was an "Enable Smart Screen" button, which I also pressed, but the notification center didn't show up. Then I downloaded another Avira Antivirus just in case and it also said it was a proga virus. Googled they say you need to name or add what parameters in the registry, I changed something - it did not help. Does anyone know what settings to change? I deleted some parameter (I don’t remember which one), but added some. Here is a screenshot of how things are in the registry:5f7cb3d51b2b7136188164.png

Reinstall Windows, period. And take software only from trusted reputable sites. Finding an office is now easier than ever.
