How to create a 2nd account identical to the current one in Win 10?

I want to create a 2nd account on win 10, identical to the current one (I recently installed win 10 .. There are almost no programs). Of course Windows is pirated.
When creating by standard methods on a new account, you will have to reinstall the language pack because everything is in English + the start button is not active .. So many problems .. Maybe my clumsy pens pressed somewhere in the wrong place.
I just want to create another account identical to the current one. Help me please.
