Good afternoon, it became necessary to create a file in win1251 encoding on nodejs, here's what I do and what I get: Result
code I use the iconv-lite library, as you can see on the second screen, as a result, a file is created in iso-8859 format and cracks appear in place of the text. Maybe someone knows how to fix this or how to end up with a file in win1251 format?
