How to get Unity experience?

Hello, I am 17 years old, I have a relatively good knowledge of Unity (I compared it with my students), I can write quite complex logic, I want to get experience in a team and a real project, but because of my age it is quite difficult to find a job, it is clear what kind of experience, where to apply , write and what to do in general?
