Rostelecom is against me updating my software? Or is he not here at all?
Tell me what to treat?

In browsers, or anywhere else, I have not come across similar addresses.

It was the same. Sites did not open or did not open the first time. The redirect was to adware.ural.rt.ru. The wifi icon was with a yellow exclamation point. Already thought that the virus on the computer.
You need to call rt.ru in those. support and ask to turn off the redirect. After that everything worked.
Why they did this without warning and deliberately reduced the quality of the Internet for me, they found it difficult to answer. For me, this is, if not fraud, then a clear disrespect for their customers from Rostelecom.
They did something that does not even work and causes harm to people.

You have a network problem. The problem is definitely not in turnips. Because I can still understand when the ubuntu mirror does not work, but repository.spotify.com, dl.google.com, packages.microsoft.com does not work at the same time - this cannot be!
I had a similar problem with ua.archive.ubuntu.com today (with the rest of the turnips working). I just changed the update server to "Main server".

Now almost everyone is connected to a redirect to an informational message. You need to contact Rostik's support with a request to disable the redirect.
