How to get the value of an object property by its name?

Hello!
Work with rest requests to 1C. The answer comes with Cyrillic names like: "Name".
The getProperty option doesn't work. An error about a null reference pops up.
Another question: where can I read about post requests or the general work of exchanging data with 1C?
