How to escape-process a link before passing it through curl?

Good afternoon. In one of the fields in amo we pass the source link. A simple link like http://site.rf/ passes without problems, but if I pass the same link, but with utm tags ( http://site.rf/?utm_source=Yandex&utm_medium=rsya&... 400 Bad Request error is generated Perhaps such a
string needs to be escaped-processed somehow before transmission?
