How to get the required speed on a gigabit card?

Available:
Network adapter Broadcom NetLink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet
Windows 10
Notebook Acer Aspire V3-571G
Driver version "15.6.1.3" Provided by small_software.

When working on one switch on a gigabit port, the test gave ~ 800 MB of speed.
Now, on another switch, where all ports are gigabit, as soon as the test speed exceeds 100 Mb or when surfing I give a large load on the network, the connection is lost, and is restored only after ON / OFF manipulations with the connection.
The system does not accept the standard lan driver that is presented on the laptop website. Doesn't want to work with him. I also tried many other versions of the drivers - no sense.
I don’t understand what the problem is, now I don’t have the first switch, so I won’t be able to check it again. In the duplex settings on the network, there is also no speed of 1000 MB, but at the same time it automatically connects to gigabit ...
Maybe there are some thoughts about this, what else can I try in such a situation?
/ps/ works fine on my computer.

connect two gigabit computers
well, or 100000% certainty that the switch on that port gives out this gigabit
