How to add a device to sound settings?

Previously on another Windows I had a separate selection of Headphones but now Speakers/Headphone.
How to make it so that the second device was Headphones. I have headphones. I want to do the same as in the screenshot. But I can't find information anywhere. Everything was fine before.

Check device driver, reinstall. Tell me more specifically: what version of the OS was and what is it now?
