How to get the limitation of payment systems?

I did not understand how you can get the restriction of the payment system. I need to have 2 lists, shipping method and payment method. Depending on the delivery method, the ajax list should change.
Only Bitrix\Sale\PaySystem\Manager::getListSuch fields do not display, and I did not find documentation on such issues. How can I get these values?
