How to get the Google Chrome App Launcher back?

Good afternoon. Windows 8.1 + Google Chrome.
I previously deleted the Application Launcher from the windows 8 menu, now I want to return it not only to the menu but also to the Windows Taskbar. How to do it? With Chrome, the Application button is not dragged to the Windows Toolbar, or rather it is dragged, but not by a Button, but as a Bookmark, a link.

If you find it, pin it to the taskbar ;)
If you didn't find it, DOWNLOAD again!
If it fails to download, then:

1. Create an empty desktop shortcut
2. Go to the Properties of the shortcut
3. In Target line paste this - "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --show-app-list
4. In the Start in line it is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application"
