How to get the basic Stand Alone installer of Visual Studio 2017?

How can I get an offline installer that contains the base components?
I tried it like this:
vs_enterprise.exe --layout c:\vs2017offline
But in the end, I downloaded ~ 25 GB of files, 80% of which I don't need (All sorts of Unity, etc.).
How can I download VS with core components, VB.NET, C#, WinForms, WPF?

How do you like the idea, remove the extra ones? Make your assembly by iluxa1810, lay it out with a trojan. :)
True, you need to be able to reverse engineering, so that there are guarantees that it will work.
And if you need a quick solution, then you need Visual Studio Express for Windows Desktop , not Visual Studio Community.
