How to get text from text input window in skype?

Good afternoon. I need to intercept the text that a person enters into the message input window in skype.
The text needs to be processed as it changes (spell checking, etc.). As I understand it, you need to subscribe to text change events in the control via WinAPI? Or is there an easier way?

You need to develop something like a keylogger that will be tied specifically to Skype's HWID.
And yes, it's still creepy :)
