How to get text from FLV container?

Hello.
I have a flv file, which, judging by some signs, contains some text (this is the chat log).
Please tell me how I can try to get this text out of there and, if possible, its timing.
I tried strings, but for some reason instead of Russian letters there were only spaces. Google didn't come up with anything.

In it, for example, there are such lines as "ghdfghdfghdfgh" and "ghdfghdfg".
