MyriadPro - legality of use?

I read the EULA PhotoshopElements, it turns out that using MyriadPro, beloved by many designers, is illegal? I understood everything correctly, it cannot be used in designs and layout?

By the way, it is possible, but do not be upset. Have you seen how this font is rendered in browsers? In the raster, even in crisp anti-aliasing, it looks great, but Safari (windows) makes it bold and rough (poorly smoothed). Other Windows browsers make it so thin that it is simply unpleasant to read (for example, at 11px). In addition, it is not sooooo much different from the Tahoma, with which there are no such problems.

The English version of eula says that it cannot be used anywhere except in Photoshop itself . On the Adobe forum, they also write that you can give it in pdf-ke.
