How to get students interested in programming?

I am finishing 11th grade and I love programming. We have such an event at our school as self-government day, during which 11th graders become teachers. I plan to take the place of a computer science teacher and think about what interesting things can be told to students. I don’t want this to be a routine lesson, I want to talk about some topic that can light a fire in the eyes of at least a few guys, motivate them to do IT, but I can’t think of something that is really impressive on the one hand, but on the other hand the other is something that can be put into one pair. We have cool computer science at school, i.e. most of the classes we are told is the practical part (some groups start with python, others with C). Tell me, please, some interesting topics that you can talk about.

I'm afraid for this age to motivate to do programming can only be explained by the example of writing some kind of automation bot for the next time-killer game. But out of a couple of dozen people, God forbid, one will be interested in this, and it can only be you yourself.
Interest in IT in general is probably a little easier and more difficult at the same time, you probably need to first find out the interests of the audience, it is quite possible that your interests may not coincide with theirs at all. On the other hand, I doubt that it will be interesting for you to tell something boring to you personally.
Now the ability to work with iron is perceived by an outside observer as hacking. Tell us about what everyone has - about smartphones, operating systems (android / ios / win), what opportunities they give, that they can or may not always be reflashed and get bonuses in the form of long work or lack of extra traffic, tell us about w3bsit3-dns.com;) and etc... IT will be more useful than learning a programming language.

Try to present the topic in a playful way. Or, if everyone in the class is "serious" - then talk about the benefits with examples.

1. On this day, the students absolutely do not care about you and the lessons.
2. Make a demo version of any game in these 45 minutes.
3. Present the result and theme immediately without projectors or anything else. You must immediately capture the focus of the students. Move your hands and smile.
4. State the problem, solve the problem. In this way, gradually create the design, code, scene and everything else.
