How to get routed IP addresses from ISP on Mikrotik?

Hello! Please tell me how to get a pool of IP addresses routed by the provider in Mikrotik and start natit through them.
He sent me something like this:
1.1.1.244/30, route 2.2.2.208/29 next-hop 1.1.1.246

@SunRiser

He sent me something like this:
1.1.1.244/30, route 2.2.2.208/29 next-hop 1.1.1.246

this means that the network 1.1.1.244/30 is used to interface with the provider, where .245 is the provider's address, .246 is your address. network 2.2.2.2.208/29 is routed by the ISP through the .246 address (your router). write the address at the junction with the provider and add addresses from the routable pool where you need

Why can't you ask your ISP? Even though everything is clear
