How to get rid of video card crashes?

I have a Windows 10 desktop computer with a B75M R2.0 motherboard with an NVIDIA GeForce 210. Updates are made regularly. During operation, there are periods when almost daily, once or twice a day, the computer crashes, which Reliability Monitor reports as follows: "Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent, Bucket ID: LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys_Tesla2". As a result of such a failure, the screens (there are two of them) go out for 20 - 40 seconds, after which, most often, work is restored. However, sometimes (10%) recovery does not occur and the computer has to be restarted. The period of such malfunctioning can last 2 to 3 months, after which the failures themselves stop for several months.
What is the reason for this behavior of the computer?
Can an NVIDIA GeForce 210 replacement fix the crashes?
