How to get rid of ui-widget-overlay in Dle when registering a new user?

Hello again! I ran into a problem, I just can’t remove this worthless UI overlay window when registering a new user, I want the user to receive error notifications in an alert above the registration fields, and not in the collective farm window. I checked the default template, the window, looked in other templates - the same, but on other sites everything is like with people. Could you tell? If you remove everything related to this ui line in css, then it still opens it with bare text and with two buttons.

Understood. In the system settings, I switched jquery to 2 from 3, how to disable this "feature" in 3 itself I don't know yet :/
