Why don't links work in Dle itself?

Hello. Help out! I started to cut a template for Dle, I ran into the problem of broken links by type: {register-link}, {lostpassword-link} and the {login-method} tag. When I click on the button with the link {register-link} - the site follows the link: site.ru/%7Bregistration-link%7D - and so on with each. And site.ru/index.php?do=register should be, although if you go directly to this link, everything works! But there are no tags ... I searched on Google, or I could not formulate the question correctly, or this problem is not a frequent visitor ...
