How to get rid of the redirect to the Chrome AD Block extension download page instead of what you really want to open in the browser?

When trying to load any page in Chrome, instead, it redirects to a page with a Chrome extension store and a suggestion to install Ad Block. Chrome reinstalled, it did not help, because after a while redirection to this AD Block began again. Kaspersky is silent. Tell me what to do?
