Error in chrome extension TypeError: (0, u.useContext) is not a function?

Question

Google Chrome

Wrote an extension. In the local project everything works. Then I found an example of an extension on github, moved the improvements there. As a result, the main window opens in the extension, it renders normally, but then when you click to open the modal window, an error occurs:

TypeError: (0 , u.useContext) is not a function

I'm in a stupor, the code is the same straight copy-paste. Maybe there are some thoughts?
