How to get rid of tearing?

I have arch + i3wm, in firefox when watching a video there is a strong tearing, in other browsers (opera, chromium) not, but I decided to just stop using firefox and reseeding on opera. I wanted to make i3status(bar) transparent, set compton and found a problem, everything that was needed became transparent, but tearing has now appeared in other browsers. turned off Compton everything was back to normal, how can I not deny myself the alpha channel, but not cry blood when watching videos.
PS I found a bunch of configurations on the network that should fix everything, but the ones that I found have not helped yet
