I installed teamspeak 3. I did everything according to the instructions (Here is the instruction https://habrahabr.ru/post/193378/). I got to running the script (./ts3server_minimal_runscript.sh) and got the error bind failed on 0.0.0.0:10011
Who can tell me something.

See if someone is already hanging on this port:
And if it hangs, kill it or change the port in the script (only then reconfigure the clients to another port, if possible).
