How to get rid of peep in the monitor?

Monitor Philips 226V4L. He is about 3 years old. When there is no image on the screen, i.e. monitor in standby mode, then everything is fine, but as soon as the image appears, the monitor starts to squeak. Tried to change the brightness, contrast, no difference. I decided to take it apart, but inside everything turned out to be normal (with a cursory examination), the capacitors are intact, nothing is swollen anywhere, not scorched. What could be the problem?

The high-voltage part of the PSU, probably coils.

This is due to poor current. Too variable. Save. Buy an uninterruptible power supply, it will normalize.

There is an article on Habré that I will have to solder in the monitor so that it stops beeping, as I did for a long time, but I can’t even remember what I soldered. But the article is definitely there and is easily found by searching on Habr.

if the monitor worked for 0.5 - 1.5 years before, and then suddenly it began to whistle / squeak, and even turn it on longer than usual with a cold strte - then the capacitors were swollen / screwed up. you need to unwind, take out the power supply circuit, visually check which ones are swollen (sometimes it’s not very swollen, but a little more convex from the ends of the steel) and you
can solder it to the service, they resolder it, this is a simple, not expensive operation. especially if you find an ad master on poles or something like that (and not some kind of authorized pretentious service center)
... I
read that it seems that the conders are intact. but sometimes they don't blow up. It would be desirable to test their characteristic with a multimeter.
1 time I had that the largest conder (at the input which) was screwed up, but at the same time it didn’t swell even by a pixel. changed everything except him - the problem did not disappear. then they tested the key sections of the circuit for characteristics, it turned out that after this conder, the voltage (in amplitude) was not what it should be. replaced - everything fell into place. although he himself yon looked outwardly bad
