How to get rid of junk copies of pages?

They gave access to the metrics of a 10-year-old site, before that I hadn’t really dealt with such problems, but here I would like to help and decided to get confused.
Now there are a lot of pages of copies, for example, the main one:

1. If you write canonical page addresses, will it help?
2. I thought about redirecting to the correct addresses, I did it on one project, but they asked me to remove it. different labels could not do. Maybe just exclude these labels in the redirect? wouldn't it be a cannon + sparrows? if not, what popular tags are there? utm_referrer? what else?
If there is an easier way, I'll be glad. So, for example, who will leave links project.tld? random-string - will this be a bunch of pages in metrics and search engines?

So prevent them from being indexed in robots.txt:
