Tell me if there will be any problems in SEO optimization of sites with similar domains and the same contacts on the site.
There is a main site - test.com and a landing page with one of the specializations that is on the main site ltest.com (domains are fictitious).
The logo and contacts will be the same on the sites.

Is n't it easier to start a l.test.com and place the landos there?
In general, two different domains and two sites do not intersect in any way.
If they are not copies or mirrors.

if Google understands that the sites belong to one owner (affiliates) - in the issue, only one site will be present for the corresponding search queries. There are no sanctions for this.
