How to get rid of color loss after saving (nothing to do with CMYK)?
Good afternoon!
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
The document is in RGB 8bit color mode, the color profile in the settings is sRGB. The color proof is disabled (besides, there is sRGB). But when saving, however, the picture loses saturation almost as much as if I save in CMYK'e.
Maybe there are some guesses?

Knowing that the picture in CMYK does not actually lose color, I assume that you are not looking at them correctly (them, pictures).
And what software is used?
If Photoshop or Illustrator has a document profile when saving and there are options for inheritance, it may be worth inheriting a non-document profile.
