How to get rid of ads in Mozilla Firefox?

This is the second time I've been hooking on such garbage, as in the screenshot below
I haven't found a sensible way to get rid of this nonsense. I reinstalled the browser, ran the computer with different antiviruses, the healers did not help, no extensions were installed, the plugins were turned off. ads still appear, and when you click in the free zone in the same or a new tab, a fucking ad opens. Any ideas how to get rid of it? reinstall windows do not offer
thanks in advance

What can I tell you guys .. The ad blocker in this case is not an assistant - it was necessary to install it earlier. Now it is necessary to re-filter the assigned tasks (scheduler) - there, for sure, there are several crap that start from different places with different conditions. Preliminarily review all services - they often sit there too, and if the service is not closed, then everything will be restored again.
In general, there is a good program both for the prevention of this kind of diseases and for treatment: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
The program even cuts malicious ads from utorrent!
I ran into it when it was necessary to clean the system at one enterprise with corporate programs, the installations of which are xs where and who has it in another area. Full scan works wonders!
