How to get remote access to the Cisco SB RV320 from the outside?

There is no console port on the router itself. Access only through the web interface.
In the settings via the web, I enabled Remote Management and disabled Firewall, but there is no access from the Internet either via http or https. The provider says that the equipment sees in a network.

It was not possible to get access via telnet or ssh.
Open TCP ports (nmap)

@Amatist Browser https ://ip_address_of_wan_interface/
So you can't access the web face?
For the documentation says:
Secure management - HTTPS web access to device manager
