How to raise a cloud WLAN infrastructure from Meraki Cisco?

Good afternoon.
In the new building of the organization, it is necessary to raise the WLAN infrastructure, we are considering solutions from Cisco. There are currently two alternatives:
1) CAP1602E-E access points managed by CT2504-15 or CT5508-25 controller
2) Meraki technology.
As far as I understand, Meraki is a WLAN cloud infrastructure that does not require an expensive controller, which, among other things, would be a bottleneck. And therefore, I would like to find people who could share their experience in implementing and using Meraki in an organization.
The questions are:
1) How does it all work? ))) How to administer, how to configure, how to add new access points.
2) Stability?
3) Transparency of switching between points for clients?
4) Speed? The plans include a high density of Wifi connections, up to 100 per access point.
5) Cost?
6) Did you lift it yourself? How problematic is this?
Thanks a lot in advance for your replies.
