How to get posts from a Facebook group?

I want to get new or (if easier) all posts from a Facebook group. I am the founder of the group.
Is it possible to implement this via https://github.com/facebook/php-graph-sdk ?
Maybe there are some examples for a quick start?
Ideally, when adding a post to a group, I would like a webhook with post data to be sent to my URL. I saw there is a webhook, but I'm not sure if it is designed for this)
I would be grateful for the information.
