Hello, I've been studying web development for about a year and a half. I know html, css, js jquery and learn WordPress.
There was a desire to start selling templates on envato, but looking at the works that are sold there, I understand that the skills are not yet the same.

How to improve skills? Is it possible to hire a designer for this business without initial capital? Can you explain how this is done? Thanks in advance
