How to get new emails from over 100 Gmail boxes?

Greetings! There are over 100 Gmail accounts registered under different proxies through different browser fingerprints.
Now, in order to avoid bananas, you have to manually log into each account (tin).
What would you offer a more humane option for checking emails on each account.

Reading is no problem.
