How to send a letter from Google mail and understand that a person has read the letter?

Set up a Google mail account in the mail program on your computer (Thunderbird, The Bat or something like that) and check the boxes for receiving and reading when sending a letter.
PS You sometimes at least choose the answers-solutions. People try, write you answers, but you have never marked a single solution.
