How to get money from OZON.RU for undelivered (unsent) goods without going to court?

Actually the whole question in the topic. On my own behalf, I’ll add that with the declared delivery time of the order of 7 days, a month and a half has already passed, more than a hundred calls to their hotline, almost 3 dozen applications from me to resolve the issue and the same number of marks that the application has been completed, while upon the fact of the result no (no goods or money).
A few details:

- in the status of the goods it is written:

- on the hotline of the Russian Post they answer that this shipment has not been received by any of the departments.
When trying to apply for a search for a shipment, they politely send it, arguing that it is impossible to look for a shipment that has not been accepted by the Russian Post.
- on the OZON hotline they answer that since the delivery is made by the Russian Post, the purchase cannot be canceled (which is contrary to the information provided on the official website). You can only return the goods after receiving them at the Russian Post. When asked to send copies of the documents on the transfer of the item to the Russian Post (so that I can apply to search for the item), they politely send nafig.
