Are search filter pages a buzzword?

I saw today that Yandex has indexed pages with filters by color, i.e. all goods are white, black, etc. etc.
Questions:
1) is it good in terms of search engine optimization?
2) What if I optimize each filter for the queries "clothing in white", etc.?

It depends on what is on these pages with filters, what are the page titles, is there any text, what?
If there is good text or something like a sitemap, then it is rather good.
If only forms, bad headings and lack of text, then rather bad.
