Shop with multi-sellers?

I am looking for an online store for digital content and support for multi-sellers. Something like an online catalog of files with the possibility of purchase, where each user can display their product.
1. Each user can register as a seller and upload their file for free/paid download.
2. Each user-seller has his own page with a list of all files, description, information, reviews, etc.
3. Convenient admin panel and other goodies :)
I consider both ready-made cms and add-ons for opencart, prestashop, magento, modx, wordpress (oh, my God, what am I talking about!).
No frameworks needed. Because I count on a quick start, and not on a full-fledged development.

I searched myself, settled on drupal with ubercart + ubercart marketplace modules, now I'm slowly finishing it to fit my needs. You can also try ModX + Shopkeeper, but I'm not sure if it supports multiple merchants.
