How to get into science as a circuit engineer?
Happy New Year everyone!
About a year ago I graduated from college, became a qualified engineer, but life turned in such a way that I became a front-end developer. A year of throwing from one area to another, I realized what I like and what is close to my soul - circuitry. I read a lot about the use of FPGA and similar technologies in astronautics and science in general. But here's the problem - it's completely unclear what to teach, how to teach, where to go, how to get into science.
Actually, this is where the question arises: how to get into science as an engineer? What to learn first? Where to go and where to start?
And, since such a question, is there any illusory hope of getting into microelectronics companies (TI, altera, xilinx, atmel)? Everyone in vacancies everywhere needs 5 years of experience in the field and an incredible list of requirements, but where do you need to start?
Thank you.
