How to get information about a video using the Odnoklassniki API?

Good day.
The question is next. There is any video on the ok.ru website, whether it belongs to me or not, with comments allowed or closed (for example, here https://ok.ru/video/416140757703). I would like to use the API to get information on it: title, description, thumbnail, number of views, likes, reshares, and so on. How can I do it?
It is possible to do this through the discussions.get method , but if only the comments to this video are open (and not even to the video, but specifically to the public / account where this video is located), if they are closed, then no information can be obtained. An empty json is returned via the mediatopic.getByIds method .
The API of Vkontakte and Facebook allows this, it is logical to assume that the API of Odnoklassniki too, but the question is how?

Unfortunately, we do not have a public API for working with video, including getting information about it.
