When will the as3 sdk be updated and an application with examples of all the new methods will appear?

There are no methods in sdk, photosV2.getUploadUrl, there are no examples for some FAPI methods.

AS3 SDK (especially with the current bogus future of flash in browsers) will not update
Use JS sdk - FAPI or ok-js-sdk which is a thin wrapper over REST API.
In general, we do not have "thick" APIs except for special methods, so we should not expect a wrapper around each API method in them.
