Is the APP_REF: app # not found error when using the postMediatopic method due to the app not being moderated yet?

I'm trying to specify a link to the application in the postMediatopic method.

FAPI.UI.postMediatopic({
        "media":[
            {

        ]

Error APP_REF: app # not found
Is it because the app hasn't been moderated? Or should everything work and the reason is different?
