How to get extra infoblock category property?

How to get the custom property of the category in which the infoblock element is located, given the element ID? You need to check if a category has a certain property set, for example UF_BLA_BLA => "Y", perform actions... You need to check all categories in which the element is nested, up to the root category of the infoblock.
